Message: <blockquote data-quote="schporto" data-source="post: 2897368" data-attributes="member: 5967">I have a question or two about a few artifacts and how things work.1.  Deck of Many things.  The sun card grants 50,000 exp.  This is enough to level up (unless you're 51st level).  In most cases you can level up twice.  Except the PHB states - that you should only end up 1 exp short of the second level up.  Artifacts have a tendancy to bend the rules.  So, how does this get handled?  Give 50,000 exp and as many levels as applicable?  Or follow PHB and give 1 short of second level?2.  Pricing.  So now that the party has drawn from the Deck, it is useless to them.  I'm imagining they will want to sell it.  How do artifacts get priced?  How much would you pay for one?  Also looking for suggestions of the Book of Vile Darkness prices.Thanks.-cpd</blockquote>
