Artifice and Creation Domains

They mention in the descriptions of these domains that if your character has both... The character get both benefits of each domain and that they stack. In the Deities and Demigods book on page 213, under "Creation Domain" it states: "(Those with access to both the Artifice and Creation domains cast conjuration [creation] spells at +3 caster level.)"

My question is how do you get both domains? I looked for a deity that has both and was not able to find one that had both domains in its portfolio.

Is there a way to have an additional domain, that is, other than one that are in your gods portfolio?

Thanks for your help.

In certain campaign settings (and in the Core rules, depending on your DM) you don't have to choose domains based on your deity; you are, instead, allowed to choose any two domains.

Not all campaigns use the published deities. Many homebrew campaigns have deities unique to the setting, and those deities have portfolios different from any that you can find in published material.

Don't choose a deity.

If a cleric is not devoted to a particular deity, he still selects two domains to represent his spiritual inclinations and abilities. The restriction on alignment domains still applies.
