Asgard 1 magazine

Please send me the link in this thread to download the Asgard 1 magazine for free. I read and I saw something that shows it as free. Is Asgard 1 magazine a book for DandD 3.5 rules? I want to find out if I can play a half-dwarf and half-human as a PC race for any campaign of DandD 3.5 or for any campaign of ADandD or classic DandD.

The only decision that matters about what you can play is actually your DM. If you want to try and convince him that he should use an Idea of yours the best way is to show how it fits into and extends the world he/she has presented to you.

You will probably have more success finding something you like by talking it through in the homebrew section and see if what you are thinking is playable.
