They have to act through Archons or aspects of there being as a manifestation upon this plane and through them gain or grant power to others. Seeing as they are beyond the reach of other gods the standard rules need not apply to them as such as they are above simplistic concepts such as good and evil. So creatures of almost any outlook or alignment could worship the same god just in a altered aspect as listed below. The primary Sect is the most dominate of the god and may or may not be at odds with the other sects even to the point of killing or trying to convert them to their outlook. So you could have two paladins both of good alignment fighting each other because of their opposed outlook on whose god is the true aspect of him in this world. </p><p>Role play notes: are for the Gm to give a description of how the Archon aspect acts like when in this world.</p><p>Archon: This gives a more physical description of the beings manifestation on this plan, some are very odd almost alien in appearance.</p><p>Special Abilities: This give a description to the GM of what the archon aspect is able to do which is a small compared to the being its self. These powers or Archons are not meant to be used against the plat characters as they cannot be affected by mortal abilities or powers. Only other gods can even affect these beings but most do not and will not directly attack them as their power is much greater than theirs. But they do and have used demons, angels and other powerful planer beings do this for them so as to avoid retribution directly. </p><p>Duties/ of Priesthood: This is a short description of what the day to day activities are of the priests and the goals of the sect in general in this world. It further defines the sects and gives the character some information on if the character would fit with the sect or he may have to choose another or be killed or cast out for heresy.</p><p>Favored Weapon: This ads the listed weapon as an option for the player to use in the service of his god (The ability to use this weapon requires no skill of ability but is lost if cast out of the sect or upon changing gods) So as long as the players faith to this aspect is true he may use the gods weapon of favorer unhindered.</p><p>Symbol: This is the focus of the god’s power to you and has to be displayed prominently or all granted power and abilities are striped from you. In the case of it being stolen or lost it’s up to the GM on a case by case basis. But most likely no spells can be regained until the symbol is replaced. As for stealing a holy symbol of a priest can be dire as the power of that god flows through it to the priest. Again can be left to the GM. </p><p> Example: the God Goredowen might depending on the sect might send wild animals of large size to attack you and dog your every step, have bad weather fallow you causing you discomfort and preventing you from getting a good rest or being able to rest, or to not let any food you eat nourish you and water to not quench your thrust killing you slow. </p><p>Divine Domains: most are in the 5th edition player’s book some are listed here after the gods, some of the spells listed are taken from The Book of Lost Spells and is required to use those Domains list in the later section. </p><p></p><p></p><p> List of Domains</p><p>Name </p><p>Air</p><p>Charm</p><p>Cold</p><p>Destruction</p><p>Diplomacy</p><p>Dragon</p><p>Earth</p><p>Evil</p><p>Fire</p><p>Good</p><p>Heroism</p><p>Illusion</p><p>Knowledge</p><p>Leadership</p><p>Life</p><p>Light</p><p>Luck</p><p>Magic</p><p>Mist</p><p>Nature</p><p>Passion</p><p>Protection</p><p>Shamanism</p><p>Tempest</p><p>Time</p><p>Trickery</p><p>Vengeance</p><p>War</p><p>Water</p><p></p><p></p><p>Goredowen</p><p> He is also known as the primal controller.</p><p>Role-playing Notes: This god is bestial in appearance and outlook but with at times an evil outlook some would say. He can be a vile savage god who favors raw animal power over thinking.</p><p>Archon: This god’s archon takes the form of a huge barbarian covered in bony spikes long main of hair lion like teeth like a sabertooth tiger. Wielding a colossal axe in one hand that always drips blood, and in the other a head of a victim. </p><p>Special Abilities: He carries a leather bag of flesh of various intelligent creatures, once per round he may pull a head from the bag grasping the head he can draw upon any one power the head had in life causing the head to become dust. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: The priests are responsible for destroying all forms of civilization in the world. The priests of this god are in all other ways the same as a druid. </p><p>Domains: Same as druid </p><p></p><p> Primary Sect</p><p>Seekers of the Eternal Beast</p><p>Duties: this cult is a beast like one who is only concerned with the animalistic aspects of their god. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Great Axe.</p><p>Symbol: A great axe covered in blood in front of a half-Red moon/half sun. </p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects </p><p>The Divine Guard</p><p>Duties: This sect worships their god as a god who keeps the forest from undue harm. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Staff.</p><p>Symbol: A Silver Staff in front of a half-White moon/half sun.</p><p></p><p>Guardians of the Unfailing Watch</p><p>Duties: To use any means to accomplish their god’s goals. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Sickle.</p><p>Symbol: A Sickle in front of a half-Black moon/half sun.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Mleecilt</p><p>She is also called the dark duchess of the under world.</p><p>Role-playing Notes: She is a cold, twisted, and cerebral god that trusts no one. </p><p>Archon: A female human of white skin like chalk wearing a laced leather harness. She dose not use any weapon but her fists. </p><p>Special Abilities: She can cause any thing touched to save or become an undead creature under her control.</p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: Burial rites, death contracts, and wills. </p><p>Domains: Cold, Evil, Neutral, Law, Death. </p><p></p><p> Primary Sect</p><p>The Guardians of the Holy Word</p><p>Duties: To free the living of their pitiful lives </p><p>Favored Weapon: Fist</p><p>Symbol: A skeletal fist clutching a still beating heart. </p><p></p><p> Sub -Sects </p><p>The Followers of the Unforgiving Way</p><p>Duties: To serve her even beyond death, and be her hand on this plane. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Glaive (naginata)</p><p>Symbol: A black robed figure holding a naginata with a white moon behind. </p><p></p><p> The custodians of the Bloody Contract</p><p>Duties: An assassin guild that handles contracts for money and for their god. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Dart (shuriken)</p><p>Symbol: A skull on a red shuriken dripping blood. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Ctoopyecet</p><p>This god has no gender it is also known as the idol ruler with a thousand eyes.</p><p>Role-playing Notes: It is not a violent deity, he always thinks his way out of any thing. His plans have plans in side of plans; he’s never surprised or caught off guard. </p><p>Archon: a gray robed humanoid figure that’s body is covered in eyes even his mouth is an eye.</p><p>Special Abilities: Foresight, and the ability to have exactly what he needs to over come most foes. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: priests of this god are required to over come all things thought using there minds and to never use violence to solve anything. </p><p>Domains: Neutral, Divination, Fate, Magic, and Knowledge </p><p></p><p> Primary Sect</p><p>Followers of the Immaculate Mind</p><p>Duties: To learn all that there is to know and to seek out that knowledge that is hidden.</p><p>Favored Weapon: None Priests are forbid to carry any weapons.</p><p>Symbol: A face full of eyes.</p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects </p><p> Followers of the Divine Glory</p><p>Duties: To help those with great destinies fulfill them and to never interfere with fate. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Mace.</p><p>Symbol: A single golden eye with rays coming from it.</p><p></p><p> Followers of the Holy Light</p><p>Duties: To observe and help those whose fate is some times out of their hands. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Scimitar.</p><p>Symbol: A golden disk on a red back ground with white rays emanating from it..</p><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p></p><p></p><p>Rdid-Gonlamb</p><p>He is known also as the devourer of the blackness</p><p>Role-playing Notes: He is a driven god to the point of obsession and madness. But above all he is Good. </p><p>Archon: A glowing ball of energy with tendrils of light.</p><p>Special Abilities: Aura of goodness, Any evil being brought with in his aura instantly sees the error of his ways and is reforged into a holy being of light. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: To find and convert evil at all cost and up hold the light of good driving darkness away.</p><p>Domains: Good, Luck, Healing, Law, and Travel</p><p></p><p> Primary Sect</p><p> Sisterhood of the Orb</p><p>Duties: To help those who need healing and a little luck on their side, agents the forces of evil. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Quarter staff</p><p>Symbol: A white sphere with tendrils on a Bright blue background. </p><p>Special: Female only</p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects</p><p> Company of the Hunt</p><p>Duties: To track down those that wronged the good of heart </p><p>Favored Weapon: Longbow or shortbow</p><p>Symbol: A silver arrow head with white fire on a Bright blue background. </p><p>Special: Male only</p><p></p><p>Band of the Bare Blade</p><p>Duties: To convert those that is of opposing faiths to the true god. </p><p>Favored Weapons: Long sword, Sap and Bolas</p><p>Symbol: A Black blade with white fire on a purple background. </p><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p></p><p></p><p>Nerrokgis</p><p>This god also has no gender its also known as the dark eye</p><p>Role-playing Notes: This is a selfish god who trusts no one an keeps him self surrounded at all times by dominated colossal night walkers altered to look like him. </p><p>Archon: Its form is that of a colossal nightwalker of pure blackness with a single Bright Blue eye. </p><p>Special Abilities: Dominating gaze, any evil being with in range that this god gazes upon is dominated and becomes another pawn in his game. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: To gain power for their god by disrupting worship of all other gods and killing or converting there priests which ever is easiest.</p><p>Domains: Destruction, Evil, Knowledge, Protection, and Domination, </p><p> </p><p> Primary Sects </p><p></p><p>The Infernal League</p><p>Duties: This is composed of Devils and those that with a lawful manner </p><p>Favored Weapon: Kukri</p><p>Symbol: A black sphere on a bright blue background. </p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects</p><p> The Demonic Pack</p><p>Duties: This is composed of demons and those with a chaotic bent. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Flail</p><p>Symbol: A Red sphere on a black background. </p><p></p><p></p><p> The Unholy Guard </p><p>Duties: This group’s sole purpose is to kill other priest of all other faiths anyway possible. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Pike</p><p>Symbol: A small bright blue sphere in a black sphere on a bright red background. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Owhiel</p><p>They are also known as the sultanas of final misery.</p><p>Role-playing Notes: This is a group of lesser gods that act as one so its actions are at times confusing and at times just random. </p><p>Achon: A chaos beast of colossal size.</p><p>Special Abilities: Waves of pain past, Any thing with any mind or feelings of any type will have there most painful memories brought up and re-experienced as if for the first time as well as experiencing others pains as well at the same time. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: To take on the pain of others and share in there sorrow. </p><p>Domains: Healing, Pain, Chaos, Endurance, and Madness</p><p></p><p> Primary Sects </p><p></p><p>The Order of Pain</p><p>Duties: All need to suffer the pain of their gods sorrow. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Whip </p><p>Symbol: A pale face contorted in supreme agony and pain. </p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects </p><p></p><p>Keepers of the Crystal Goblet</p><p>Duties: To help heal the pain of those in need. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Dagger </p><p>Symbol: A goblet half full with blood dripping into it from a red x. </p><p></p><p></p><p> The Adamantium Order of Punishment</p><p>Duties: Purification though pain </p><p>Favored Weapon: Whip </p><p>Symbol: A bloody morning star on a white back ground. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Eurecus</p><p>Also known as the finder of lost objects</p><p>Role-playing Notes: He is an eccentric god who can find almost anything even the most protected objects. He is forever searching for morta who he is madly in love with but cannot find.</p><p>Archon: As a cowled figure 4 feet in height wearing ragged clothes. </p><p>Special Abilities: Get lost; he has the ability to make any living thing to be lost and ever to be found again. If any one goes looking for them he will never find them. He is on good terms with all gods because of the god morta who he can not find.</p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: To find all lost or hidden objects were ever they may be. Returning those objects to there owners if the god demes them worthy.</p><p>Domains: Luck, Travel, Trickery, Portal, and Celerity</p><p></p><p> Primary Sects </p><p></p><p>Delvers of the Unknown</p><p>Duties: This group hates locked doors and not knowing what’s going on. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Dagger</p><p>Symbol: A lantern with a broken heart in side shining.</p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects </p><p></p><p> The Liberators of Objects</p><p>Duties: This group likes expensive things. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Crossbow, hand</p><p>Symbol: A White and black mask with two crossed bolts on a yellow back ground </p><p></p><p>Seekers of the Big Haul</p><p>Duties: They want money.</p><p>Favored Weapon: Short sword</p><p>Symbol: A few gold coins spilling from a open pouch.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Morta</p><p>Also known as the great whore </p><p>Role-playing Notes: She is a seductress with a most pleasing shape and voice. She emanates sexual desire. </p><p>Archon: A beautiful female of any race whose full nude body is covered in a slick slime. </p><p>Special Abilities: contortion, she can make the flesh of any living creature bend to her will. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: to experience fleshly desires of all kinds and help other to as well. </p><p>Domains: Joining, Perversion, Body, Slime, and Tyranny.</p><p></p><p> Primary Sects </p><p></p><p> The Femme Fatales</p><p>Duties: To kill all men and to save the women from oppression at there hands. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Ribbon sword: 10 gp 1d6 slashing 6 lb, reach, two-handed ( looks like a thin longsword with a ribbon, that can be tied to the wrist giving it a property of reach, two-handed only doing normal 1d6 damage) ribbon sword ( with nine rings each representing the 9 centuries of wedlock to her lover. </p><p>Symbol: A ring twisted 9 times on a field of stars. </p><p>Special: Female only</p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects </p><p></p><p> Order of the Bitch</p><p>Duties: To give as good as you receive. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Crossbow, light. </p><p>Symbol: A male figure upside down cut in half. </p><p>Special: Female only</p><p></p><p> The Ladies of Ill Repute </p><p>Duties: To give pleasure to others and to collect tithes for there god. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Dagger. </p><p>Symbol: A white mask with roses on a purple back ground . </p><p>Special: Female only</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Xinis</p><p>Also known as the bloody god </p><p>Role-playing Notes: He can be a very temperamental god and strong headed and stubborn at times, but has a kindness and child like wonder at times as well. He may not be the smartest god but he is one of the strongest and toughest. </p><p>Archon As tall as a storm giant bare chest with a belt of gold studded with gems, his hair is fire and his eyes the color of lightning when it flashes. In his four arms he carries a A maul, a greataxe, a greatsword, and bolt of red lightning. </p><p>Special Abilities: Can control the basic elements of the world and bend them to his will. Lightning from the sky fire from within the ground, the wind to help guide his weapons and the ground to shake his enemies down to gain advantage. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: To crush your enemies and show no mercy because it is for the weak. </p><p>Domains: War, Destruction, Strength, Retribution, and Wrath.</p><p></p><p> Primary Sect </p><p></p><p>The Band of Blood</p><p>Duties: Live for battle and battle to live </p><p>Favored Weapon: Maul</p><p>Symbol: A hammer covered in blood</p><p></p><p> Sub-Sects </p><p></p><p>The Lords of Destruction</p><p>Duties: To destroy all those that opposes this god </p><p>Favored Weapon: Greataxe</p><p>Symbol: A Greataxe with a skull in the center red lightning emanating from it.</p><p>Special: Male only</p><p></p><p>Seekers of Wrath</p><p>Duties: To bring Retribution, and Wrath upon those that deserve it.</p><p>Favored Weapon: Greatsword</p><p>Symbol: A Greatsword covered in red fire on a field of dark blue</p><p></p><p> </p><p></p><p></p><p>Erothos</p><p>Role-playing Notes: It speaks in riddles and never gives a straight answer, visions and symbols are how he talks some times as well. </p><p>Archon: This god is one that takes many shapes so his true for is unknown, a beggar, a child and old man or woman a chicken or even a lazy ogre. </p><p>Special Abilities: Can never be attacked directly </p><p>Domains: Time, Dream, Pact, Oracle, and Fate </p><p></p><p> Primary Sect </p><p></p><p></p><p>Sisterhood of the Crucible</p><p>Duties: To enforce the rule of fate </p><p>Favored Weapon: Longbow </p><p>Symbol: An hourglass on a red background. </p><p></p><p>Sub-Sects</p><p></p><p> The Brotherhood of the Orb Celestial</p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: To interpret visions and the dreams of those who seek </p><p>Favored Weapon: Staff </p><p>Symbol: A white pearl like orb on a blue swirling back ground. </p><p></p><p>Masters of Destiny</p><p>Duties: To help all on the path to death </p><p>Favored Weapon: Scythe </p><p>Symbol: A laughing skull, with red eyes on a swirling black back ground. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Kromes</p><p>Also known as the swift hand of justice</p><p>Role-playing Notes: This god takes no prisoners. He is swift in his judgment and never looks back. </p><p>Archon: A humanoid wearing a black executioner hood and a silver mask over it with blackness for eyes. The rest of him is covered in full plate armor back with silver engravings of those that he has taken. </p><p>Special Abilities: </p><p>Domains: Purification, Courage, Glory, Inquisition, and Pride</p><p></p><p> Primary Sect </p><p> </p><p>The Sisters of the silver Sword</p><p>Duties: To dish out justice with a strong Loving hand.</p><p>Favored Weapon: Greatsword </p><p>Symbol: A silver sword on a black background</p><p>Special: Female only</p><p></p><p>Sub-Sects</p><p></p><p>Brother Hood of the black Sword</p><p>Duties: To hunt down those who have done wrong and give them swift justice.</p><p>Favored Weapon: Longsword </p><p>Symbol: A Black sword on a White background</p><p>Special: Male only</p><p></p><p>Knights of the sacred sword </p><p>Duties: Is to make sure the right ones are brought to justice with a kind hand</p><p>Favored Weapon: Glaive </p><p>Symbol: A sword on fire with a black back ground, white fire red blade. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Gadenuros</p><p>The great equalizer </p><p>Role-playing Notes: This god never takes sides and can see everyone’s point of view at once. He is some times ridged and flexible which confuses most </p><p>Archon: A robed figure with five faces an insect, a pail glowing one, a black fanged one, a red skinned one and a stony square one. All but the insect ones eyes are covered in a veil same color as the robe. The body is four armed like a praying mantis. </p><p> </p><p>Special Abilities: </p><p>Insect head - Nullification field like a beholder but effects every magical but his powers. </p><p>Red skinned head – gaze of combustion target burns from the inside out.</p><p>Black fanged head – a gaze of pure corruption rotting all who look upon him draining there life away.</p><p>The pail glowing head – Gaze of purity instantly converting any one who looks upon him in to a reforged being of good. </p><p>Stony square head – Whose gaze turns all who see his eyes to stone. </p><p>Duties of the Priesthood: To keep the balance in all things. </p><p>Domains: Balance, Fire, Decay, Purification, and Earth. </p><p></p><p></p><p> Primary Sect</p><p></p><p>Keepers of the balance </p><p>Duties: Concern them selves with balancing what they think is good and evil.</p><p>Favored Weapon: scimitar</p><p>Symbol: A sphere Half black Half white (yen/yag).</p><p></p><p></p><p>The Order of Gadenuros </p><p>Duties: are concerned with balancing what they think is Law and Chaos.</p><p>Favored Weapon: Quarter staff</p><p>Symbol: A set of scales.</p><p></p><p>The enlightened hand </p><p>Duties: Want to bring down everything so all will be balanced. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Chain whip (see below)</p><p>Symbol: A broken wheel (see below).</p><p></p><p> </p><p>Chain Whip 5 gp 1d6 slashing 4 lb. Finesse, light </p><p>A difficult weapon to learn, the chain whip traditionally has seven or nine short, slender, linked iron bars attached to a short handle and tipped with a slashing metal dart. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Nercalus</p><p>Role-playing Notes: </p><p>Archon: An extremely old pure platinum dragon as big as a small Island </p><p>Special Abilities: As per a pure platinum dragon, and can cause his breath to have the effect of any 9th level spell as well. </p><p>Domains: Cavern, Dragon, Glory, Metal, and Rune </p><p></p><p> Primary Sect </p><p> The Band of the Dragon</p><p>Duties: To preserve dragon kind and help them in their endeavors. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Longsword</p><p>Symbol: A dragon holding the world in its claw </p><p>Special: Dragon blood only</p><p></p><p>Sub-Sects</p><p></p><p></p><p> The Ceremonial Guard</p><p>Duties: To serve the sacred ones and protect them </p><p>Favored Weapon: Glaive </p><p>Symbol: A Great dragon of silver and gold on a blue sky </p><p></p><p> Keepers of the Peace</p><p>Duties: To make sure all are equal in their representation in this world. </p><p>Favored Weapon: Mace</p><p>Symbol: A dragon’s claw holding a set of scales a feather on one side and a weight on the other.</p></blockquote><p></p>

So you could have two paladins both of good alignment fighting each other because of their opposed outlook on whose god is the true aspect of him in this world. Role play notes: are for the Gm to give a description of how the Archon aspect acts like when in this world. Archon: This gives a more physical description of the beings manifestation on this plan, some are very odd almost alien in appearance. Special Abilities: This give a description to the GM of what the archon aspect is able to do which is a small compared to the being its self. These powers or Archons are not meant to be used against the plat characters as they cannot be affected by mortal abilities or powers. Only other gods can even affect these beings but most do not and will not directly attack them as their power is much greater than theirs. But they do and have used demons, angels and other powerful planer beings do this for them so as to avoid retribution directly. Duties/ of Priesthood: This is a short description of what the day to day activities are of the priests and the goals of the sect in general in this world. It further defines the sects and gives the character some information on if the character would fit with the sect or he may have to choose another or be killed or cast out for heresy. Favored Weapon: This ads the listed weapon as an option for the player to use in the service of his god (The ability to use this weapon requires no skill of ability but is lost if cast out of the sect or upon changing gods) So as long as the players faith to this aspect is true he may use the gods weapon of favorer unhindered. Symbol: This is the focus of the god’s power to you and has to be displayed prominently or all granted power and abilities are striped from you. In the case of it being stolen or lost it’s up to the GM on a case by case basis. But most likely no spells can be regained until the symbol is replaced. As for stealing a holy symbol of a priest can be dire as the power of that god flows through it to the priest. Again can be left to the GM. Example: the God Goredowen might depending on the sect might send wild animals of large size to attack you and dog your every step, have bad weather fallow you causing you discomfort and preventing you from getting a good rest or being able to rest, or to not let any food you eat nourish you and water to not quench your thrust killing you slow. Divine Domains: most are in the 5th edition player’s book some are listed here after the gods, some of the spells listed are taken from The Book of Lost Spells and is required to use those Domains list in the later section.
