Attune gem vs Brew Potion

Other than the additional cost of the gem, is Attune Gem (MoF) strictly superior to Brew Potion?

Id would say so,

1. Brew potion only allows 3rd lvl spell or lower, Attune Gem has no spell lvl limit.
2. Brew takes a day, Attune takes an hour
3. Potions have to be retrieved (usually a move action) and then drank (standard action) and is very hard to do while grappled, Attune just requires you touch the gem and activate it (standard action) and can be done during a grapple.
4. Attune has a few other options avaible to how to trigger it, potion has to be drunk and that's it.

Gem cost defenetly makes it more expensive , specially with higher lvl spells, but IMHO still a nice feat.

Gems attuned with gasesous form have saved my ass during a grapple more than once.

Note that you can only attune a gem to an arcane spell, not a divine one. So no attuned gems of cure light wounds - unless you can find a bard who makes them (and Attune Gem probably isn't high on most bards' priority list).
