[AU] Would it be broken to add Improved Feint?

See the subject line. There are certainly some D&D feats that I strongly suspect Monte deliberately (Rapid Shot and Spring Attack, say) left out, but the presence or absence some of the new 3.5e feats, like Improved Feint, seem less clear to me.

Plus, Improved Feint would make unfettered all over the world quite happy, especially if they had to go one-on-one against a warmain in a definitive harness.

Well, I think most of the left out feats are probably only unbalancing if you allow the similiar feats (like Rapid Strike and Rapid Shot) of AU together. Since their is no equivalent to Improved Feint in AU (IIRC), you should safely use it.

Remember AU is based off of 3.0 and was in playtest for quite a while before release; I don't know if Monte had access to the 3.5 stuff in time to incorporate it, but from his 3.5 comments thus far I'd assume not.

There are some 3.0 omissions that puzzle me - Leadership, for example - but 3.5 changes I think are more in the DM's call area than the "figure out why Monte left it out" category.

NPC clerics who can cast Raise Dead or Remove Curse for hire are also in the DMG, and yet definitively not part of AU, so that's no explanation at all. Point is, we know Monte left out parts of the 3.0 PH for various reasons, but we can't say the same for 3.5 - so anything that's new in 3.5 is better left as a DM's call, at least until Monte decides to address it.
