I flipped through it at the store. It appears to only cover the Ellis portion of the run, and essentially fleshes out and expands that era of the comic (a wise choice, IMHO). It was, like many anime 'games' I've seen out there, more of a guide to the series than an actual game supplement, from what I saw.
But again, this was from a cursory review at the store. Teflon Billy's review of it [ulr="http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/reviews/index.php?sub=yes&where=active&reviewer=Teflon+Billy&product=TA1"]is right here.[/url] He's a little sparse on loving a 350 page book, other than to mention that he thought the synopses were well-written, it was graphically very good (featuring lots of Byran Hitch's work) and that the topic of playing insanely powerful supers is handled quite well.
