There is some chance that it'll be ready by the end of September, but early-to-mid October is probably more realistic. And while all of the completed chains listed above are definitely going to appear in it, I've done some tweaking of my list of others that will be showing up in the book, so that's added a little bit of time.

MMV2 will be the first PMG product to support the new bloodblade class Jessy Mullins will be releasing in October. There will be a couple of synergy feat chains and a profession feat for it, so if you like your fantasy with a dash of Bloodborne or Castlevania, that's something to look forward to!

I do, I’m currently mid campaign however and I play a warlock/fighter multiclass, so I’m holding out for the synergy feat chain!

No idea. Maybe it's a class where you can form a weapon out of your very own blood? When I first saw mention of this upcoming class, I thought of the characters from the Blood Blockade Battlefront anime.

One of the characters from the anime, Zapp Renfro, can do this with his blood:

Big Dipper Blood Battle Style (斗流血法 Hikitsuboshiryū Keppō?): Kagutsuchi branch of the Big Dipper Blood Battle Style, which allows him to manipulate his blood into blades or thread, which he can then ignite to burn his opponents alive.
