Avariel info, where to find it?? HEEELLP!!

I NEED HELP! I'm in the beginning stages of designing a FR campaign, centered significantly(at least in the early stages) around the Avariel, and I can't find ANYTHING about them in the 3rd Edition FR Campaign Setting Book.

I know there is a Races of Faerun book out there, but can anyone tell me how much it goes into detail for the Avariel?

The only Source I have now is issue #223 of AD&D Dragon Magazine, which supplies the general details. I wouldn't have a problem converting it, but I'd rather have a look at something already in print for 3rd edition before making a decision.

Races of Faerun has considerable detail on all levels.
They get +4 Dex +2 Int and Wis, and -2 Con. I think their fly speed is 50, average manuverability. +4 Spot, +4 Jump. Profcient with lassos and bolas instead of bows(there detailed in the book I think). Favored class Cleric. it says something about their culture being divided between a somewhat militant and a very mystical/scholarly sects. Depicts them as rather condescending to anyone who cant fly, which I think is stupid. Quite a bit of other RP info

Yeah, I got that much from that Dragon magazine article, but thanx for letting me know. Lemme guess, significant ECL, right?

+3 level adjustment.

Not that bad. although personaly I could see it just being +2. the Numinous in Mythic Races is simliar and only +2 I believe.
Edit: well accept for the ability adjustments...the avariels get great ability adjustments..
