Or maybe if Ultron turns out to be a angry Jarvis, he will take over the Hulbuster Armor and fight the Hulk. If the Hulk got angry, and he needed to be put down, they already have Thor on hand to do that.

Um, Thor isn't "on hand". He is a prince of an alien world, and spends time on that world, fighting wars and stuff, and cannot be counted on to be present any time Bruce Banner has a hissy fit.

It is true that Ant Man won't be Ultron's creator. This would be a twist, Ultron infecting Iron Man armors... So it would be like Iron Man 3, no Iron Man present.

I was talking about for the Avenger's movie purposes. I'm sure they will use that as the reason for the construction of the Hulkbuster armor by Stark, but for the movie, I don't see Hulk fighting the Hulkbuster because he went on a rampage. I'm betting it'll end up being that Ultron takes over the Armor and the Hulk gets to bust up the Hulkbuster armor after a somewhat entertaining fight. Maybe it'll be used against Thor as well.

Well, if it's anything like Iron Man 3, the Hulkbuster armor will fall apart in a stiff wind. It seems Iron Man moved production of his armor over to China, and now it's cheap armor made out of brittle plastic.

Tony Stark built safeguards into his armor so that no one else can use it except... oh.
Well I'm sure he made sure it couldn't be taken over by a computer virus or hacker... oh.
Well, It's not like... oh.
Stark is a genius... except when he's a total dufus.
Stark is stupid when the plot requires it.
