Awakened Zombie Equivalency

How many character levels is an awakened zombie (via Awaken Undead spell) worth should a player wish to play one?

A zombie? I don't know if I'd apply a level penalty at all. The character would spend the rest of his existence limited to partial actions. IMO a disadvantage of that magnitude would almost be worth having undead immunities.

Plus the lack of Con and ease with which they could be turned. There's also the horribly low Dex (I think).
