If you enjoy writing up this stuff, more power to you. But if you are trying to use D&D rules to simulate a creature that is undefeatable, well, there just isn't any point. I like the flavor text and all, but I just can't ever see a need for stats like this in my campaign. If I want the PCs to die when the angel of death enters the room, I tell them, "The angel of death enters the room, roll a saving throw. You fail. You die."
