Youre insane right? A single midlevel cleric can defeat the cosmic death? I tip my hat to that bit of jesting and laugh until my gut pops. Death isnt something a common MORTAL cleric can defeat. Thats a laugh and a half. This death is by far one of the weakest in any of my campaigns. Killing death should be akin to pulling ones lip over ones head and swallowing while simultaneously annihiliating the entire universe. I honestly think you arent getting the grandness or the vastness of the entire friggin multiverse, the universe, or the nearly endless galaxies contained within them. To equate death to anything trite is just obsurd. In short this is a universal death...for one entire universe, for millions of galaxies, for quadrillions of solar systems, ect. . Not just the local pop-n-fresh guy that rises up from a corpse to say howdy with a rusty scythe. When one considers the vastness of the myriad of realities...even dungeons and dragons gods are obsurdly UNDER powered. Were talking deities and COSMIC beings here...not...things that mortal minds could understand. Christ if the real death were a trivial as any dungeons and dragons death, Id kick his ass myself and take his throne just for fun. LOL!!! And whats more...if DEATH...any DEATH were so trivial a first level human could destroy death by accident with a shotgun loaded with blessed silver buckshot, noone would ever die again. LOL!!! Oh Lordy Ive never laughed so hard. Please tell me you meant that as a joke, because it is the funniest thing I have ever heard in my entire 27 years of existance. If ur not joking, and Im fairly sure you are, I suggest you try reading some books on mysticism and supernatural forces. Death, any death, should at the very least rival the power of a demilich. and thats if it were to be the weakest death in any of my campaigns. Anything else is just some undead poser.
