The tavern is known throughout Azyra for the many stories that started here.Thick stone walls insulate the tavern from the crisp fall weather outside. Many trophies and weapons hang on these walls, and pits and scratches accompany them in giving the tavern its character. Large fireplaces on the left and right walls heat the tavern.Barmaids wander around, avoiding the pinches of rogues and bards alike, deftly weaving through the many stone tables and chairs that crowd the common area. They bring any type of food an adventurer could desire, along with drinks galore. More than one budding adventurer has lost their hard earned treasure in the depths of these over sized tankards. The barkeep is an old but still muscular dwarf. He stands on a walkway behind the bar, putting him at eye level with all but the tallest patrons. He is constantly puffing on a simple wooden pipe, occasionally scratching at the faded black eye patch over his left eye socket.The tables are usually full of boisterous and rowdy adventurers but the tavern has been quiet recently. The call for adventurers has gone out. Will you answer it? Notices and pleading letters cover a bulletin board next to the thick doors of the tavern, waiting to be picked up and answered.[sblock=OOC]If you are interested in playing in the Azyra RPG please PM me first and I'll get you pointed in the right direction.
