We haven't heard anything for a while from the house of the Bad Axe. Are the Gnomes and Halfling books still going to hit prior to Gen Con and can we see the Human book at the Con?

Yes, Halflings and Gnomes will be out prior to Gen Con. We have also reached an agreement with some smaller independent authors to publish some of the better PDFs out there, and we'll be releasing them over the summer as well.
The Anthology (aka Humans) will not be out at Gen Con-- in fact we have no plans to release anything "major" at GenCon. The biggest announcement a publisher as small as Bad Axe could make would be lost in the shuffle amongst even the smallest announcements from the big boys.

Well it'll be good to see what happens. Some perdicted a while ago that we'd see more 'consolidation/specialization' in the market as time went on.
I'm hoping that we'll see the human book before Q4 this year though. Some of the ideas presented in the HoHF have been great. My particular favorities are still probably the master work options from the first book and the spell list methodology from the third one.

That's what I was talking about when I mentioned consolidation amigo. Should be interesting to see which ones are coming out.
