The size of the city has swelled over the past six months and supplies are readily available. The Academy has turned out record numbers of recruits to stem the evil tide in the north. Humans from as far away as Kinrisar can be seen walking the streets and an occasional dwarf that seems to have gotten over the races usual stubborness has even been reported. Barbenia Population: 7500 (4300 normally) (50% elves, 40% humans, 5% gnomes, 5% others) GP Limit: 10,000gp (central hub of commerce) Alignment: CG,LG,LN Authority: Jarity Bar'myrn and Elynna Eveningmist oversee the city matters equally Glades/Temples: Targran Lithmoor is revered all the taverns in Barbenia, Horun, Nylaethia, Syri all have glades close to the city and Brand has a large stone temple for his followers. Only elven city on the mainland that is on the ground, it is mostly built in the Caedmonish style. This city is built around the Caedmonish War Academy that is built here. Most buildings are made of stone because the elves still believe it is wasteful to chop down a tree to live in. It also doubles as the mainland port for all of Lorlynia and any outsiders must enter through here via Kryndon, and only then with permission. The stiff imigration policies have been some what relaxed with the influx of able-bodied adventurers that have come to assist in repelling the orcs from Idenynia, but outsiders must still tread softly in the elven city.
