Bard Building Contest!!

I think there are enough Bard enthusiasts of outstanding number crunching merits to build some exceptional builds.

The Victor gets crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women.

The Rules:

1)Any and all 3.5 Books, lets say Dragon Compendium as you can argue quasi legal.

2) Build either for A-Combat (melee or otherwise)
B- Buffing either via music or spell
C-Jack of all trades or Spellcaster
Points for Style and effectiveness.

I do not think we need full statblocks but class/PrC/Feat/Spell/ Magic item details are crucial.

Spell Casting wise A Bard 6/ Lyric Thaumaturge 4/ Sublime Cord 10
Take the Extra Music Feat and Metamagic Song. Add Arcane Thesis, and shake.

fighting wise just look at Spell Compendium, and other recent books for some nice Bard combat spells. Pretty much of late, new spells on the Assassin spell list appear on the bard spell list.
 


Gloura 3rd-level Bard/8th-level Sublime Chord (ECL 20).

With a ridiculously high Dex and Cha, Cha bonus to AC and all saves, plus DR 10/cold iron, survivability should be decent enough, and I'm sure between 8th-level spells and using a bow there should be some way to do something useful in combat as well. :)
