Whenever an all hits with an attack, the bonus increases by 1 for each ally "whose turn has not yet started". So, what about the bard himself on his next turn? Let's say the bonus has increased to +3. Does he only get the +1, or does he get +3? Do we count the turn when he activated his power, or do we not count it because the start of the turn came before the standard action used to activate the power?
