I'm toying with the idea of adding yet another class to the menagerie.
After getting Advanced Players Manual the other day, I've settled on adding Luck as an ability, and the numeric alignment stuff as well. I like these rules a lot, and they've been met with two tentatively positive responses so far.
So, mixing the two: a new class based on Luck. Even as I thought it though, some recollection of the Book of Roguish Luck's previews sprang to mind. Wasn't that going to sort of do this kind of thing? Oh well. More than likely it'll be more about uh, Rogues.
How about a spellcaster then, whose 'prime stat' is Luck, which will determine extra spells, save DCs and so on. . .?
I'll update if/when I think of something to add to that (ok, rather meagre) beginning. Please feel free to throw some ideas around though!
