Regardless of the culture you're from or in, if you're a cleric of the Rotlord you are infected with a contagious disease so that you may spread deadly contagion to all you meet. Weeding out the weak can't really justify them having any kind of high status among orc or goblin types either - they're so corrosive that I think they'd inevitably cannibalize the culture they're in if left unsupressed.</blockquote>
