If a PC fails the saving throw for the Basilisk's petrifying gaze, what options (spells, potions, etc.) if any exist to change the character back from stone?

Break Enchantment (Brd/Clr) or Stone to Flesh (Sor/Wiz)are your big two.

stone to flesh (Wiz6), break enchantment (Clr5), limited wish (Wiz7), wish (Wiz9), miracle (Clr9), possibly others...
