Hello all!
I'm going to attempt to start converting Bastion Press' Oathbound setting to 4e.
I figure a.) It'll be a learning experience that will hopefully help me with knowing the 4e rules inside and out, and b.) I'll have the info when I finally run my campaign. I'm hoping to create a Wiki once ENworld gets them up and running that I can post this stuff on, but for now, this thread works.
I'll be starting with the Oathbound - Domains of the Forge core book, and from there moving to other books. I'll probably be jumping around a lot (although I will stay in one book until its done), so if you don't see a particular rule, race, etc right away, be patient - it's coming. Also, I will only be converting the mechanics - all the fluff is going to stay firmly in the books where it belongs. [Shameless Plug] If you don't have the books already, I suggest you go out and purchase them from DriveThruRPG or Paizo.com - they're well worth the price. [/Shameless Plug]
That said - I welcome any and all feedback, as well as help from anyone who wishes to take a stab at some of the conversion!

Frey
Average Height: 2' 6" - 3' 4"
Average Weight: 30-40 lb.
Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma
Size: Small
Speed: 5 squares base; however, if a Frey has both hands free, he can drop to all fours in order to move at a rate of 6 squares
Vision: Low-light
Languages: Common and Frey
Skill Bonuses: +2 Perception, +2 Athletics
Remarkable Retreat: Frey gain a +2 racial bonus to AC against opportunity attacks.
Springing Leap: Frey can jump up to many times their height. When calculating the result of Athletics checks in order to jump, do not divide the check result by anything for a running jump, and only divide by 5 instead of 10 for distance jumped horizontally and vertically. Athletics checks for jumping use movement as normal, and if you run out of movement in the middle of a jump you still fall.
Stinging Strike: You can use Stinging Strike as an encounter power.
Stinging Strike
Instinct guides you toward sensitive areas on your foe.
Encounter * Weapon
Free Action, Melee or Ranged Weapon
Target: One creature
Effect: You target a sensitive or vulnerable area on your foe, doing 1d6 extra points of damage in addition to your weapon damage. You must announce your use of this power before making the attack roll.
---------------------------------
I based the Frey conversion off the halfling.

Dover
Average Height: 7' 0" - 7' 6"
Average Weight: 280-320 lb.
Ability Scores: +2 to any one ability score chosen at character creation
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Low-light
Languages: Common and Dover
Skill Bonuses: +4 Perception
Natural Weapon: Dover have a bite attack that they can use as a melee weapon attack. This attack deals 1d6 and has a proficiency bonus of +2.
Bonus Feat: Dover gain a bonus feat at 1st level. You must meet the feat's prerequisites.
---------------------------------
I based the dover off the human, as that seemed the closest to what it seemed to be based off of in 3e.
I'm not sure about the +4 Perception. I decided to leave it at a +4, which is unusual for 4e, both to reflect the racial skill bonus and the Scent quality from 3e that I had to drop.
I feel that something else should be added to make it more competitive with the other races, but I'm not sure what, if anything, should be added. I'm not sure how powerful the Natural Weapon ability will be.
