I think it depends. If you're using it to enhance a warforged's slam attack, then no iterative for you. I think a WF monk can use it to boost unarmed strikes, though. I'm away from my books right now, so can't confirm it.Patlin said:Can a Battlefist be used for iterative attacks?
Is it a held item, or a glove, or something else?
Unless the battlefist's description specifically mentions a warforged being able to make iterative slam attacks with it, it shouldn't be legal. IIRC, exceptions to natural attack routines are always called out & very, very rare.XCorvis said:A battlefist is technically worn. Think of it as a spiked gauntlet that also counts as an unarmed attack. It can be used to make iterative attacks. I'm not sure if it's possible to iterate a slam, but I think it probably is.
No it is not. Slams are natural attacks. That means no iterative attacks.XCorvis said:A battlefist is technically worn. Think of it as a spiked gauntlet that also counts as an unarmed attack. It's a warforged component. It's not held, or really even worn. It's a magical golem aftermarket add-on that you graft on over your own normal warforgedy fist. Gives you big ol' Incredible Hulk hands, complete with an extra finger. Usable by warforged only, as I'm sure you already knew.Is it a held item, or a glove, or something else?
