I've recently started using minis in my roleplaying. With my books and now the added minis, I need to invest in a carrying case. The BattleHive II looks like it might be what I'm looking for but was wanting to get some reviews first. Also, I'm having trouble finding a store with one in stock. Any good online stores that have it?

The Warstore is, IMHO, easily the best place to pick up minis accessories (cases, paint, tools, etc) online. Concerning the Battlehive, I have a friend in Kansas who owns one and likes it, though I think many of the online reviews get it right. Look at the dimensions.

The Battlehive is essentially a hard file box filled with foam inserts and, that being the case, it's woefully overpriced. If I were you, I'd go with something like a Sabol case or the Reaper transport case, both of which hold more minis on average. The Sabol cases, of course, are available in several different sizes.
