Battlelords of the 23rd Century/Blood Dawn

Battlelords of the 23rd Century is one of my favorite games,even though the system could use some streamlining, but my players hate the system. Has anyone worked on a d20 conversion for it (and the guys from SSDC would probably try to crucify for me for asking:> )? What about their other, less profitable game Blood Dawn, which uses a d20-ized version of the B23 mechanic? It seems ripe for conversion.

If you like Battle Lords give Dragonstar a look. It might have what you want. Add in the new Arsenal book and things get really interesting.

As for Blood Dawn I'd look at Darwin's World. My favorite D20 game yet published. Much of the Blood Dawn world would fit in well to Darwin's World.
