I thought this was too cool:

Detailed Map Of Battlestar Galactica's Twelve Colonies

Apparently one of the producers of Caprica and their science advisor sat down and worked out the layout of the 12 Colonies and turned it into a map incorporating all the notes from the Caprica series bible, trying to come up with a plausible way for 12 habitable (more or less) planets in one system (they went with a double-double system like Epsilon Lyrae). Of course, copies are for sale, but there is a pretty high-resolution copy up there to look at.

Thanks for all the XP, glad I could help, I noticed one more neat thing about the map:

It's produced entirely as an in-setting document as a product of the Colonial Department of Education (in cooperation with Greystone Industries). I'm always one to prefer in-setting documents when possible.

Thanks for the post. I don't know if I love that or the Star Wars map posted a month or so ago better. Both need to end up on my game room wall, that's for sure.
