He has brown eyes, and the medium brown hair common to many of mixed-Chinese ethinicity.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Until recently Malcolm was an effective, if unremarkable, mid-level bureaucrat working in the service of House Liao.
