Though a lot of tables are so vague as to be useless.....when it says "combat encounter" the DM must 100% make that up from scratch. And that is right back to a DM doing anthing...</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Well, this sort of compares apples and oranges. The word "edit" covers a lot.</p><p></p><p>I don't think any RPG fiction is ever final. There is no "report" that a DM must file with the RPG Lords.
