Link to Character Sheet This is my take on the 4e character sheet, inspired by the BECMI character sheet found in the D&D Rules Cyclopedia. When I first saw the "official" 4e character sheet, I had a few issues with it...

The space given to powers didn't give much opportunity to be very descriptive
It seemed like I would never use the boxes on the back. Wasted space.
The design was a bit, um, busy. My eyes did not know where to look.
There also seemed to be no real rhyme or reason to the placement of the elements
So I cribbed this sheet from the (hopefully) obvious inspiration as well as the official sheet and Neceros' excellent 4e character sheet. Overall, I was able to fit in every item (crunch-wise) that was on the official character sheet and more. Here are some of the things that came out better than anticipated:

I was able to fit the powers, combat info and feat all on the front page. I was also able to give more space for power info, like what type of damage, any special effects and a column for page reference.
I was also able to put in a more detailed equipment section on the back, snipped from Neceros' character sheet. If this character sheet doesn't resonate with you, I'd highly recommend the Neceros sheets. They're very well done.
Instead of the boxes on the back of the 4e sheet -- many of which I'd never use -- I was able to put in some 'generic' boxes that could be used for any purpose (cantrips, followers, extra equipment, background, etc.)
I was able to include some blank slots for extra skills. I'd seen a lot of people coming up with ideas for new skills and using backgrounds as skills. So I thought that would be helpful.
Overall, I'm happy with this character sheet and I'm pleased to share it with ya'll. Enjoy.
