Actually, my last response was still more in response to "Holy Avengers should be cheaper because they're of limited interested." and I felt my point was more clearly illustrated with a Pact Blade, which is a simpler, more direct, version of the Holy Avenger. An item which does multiple things but is only fully effective for one character type, and is therefore cheaper. Keep in mind, a Pact Blade isn't just a +5 dagger, it's also a +5 Rod (or Wand, if that's the preferred thought). It's still cheaper than having a +5 Dagger *and* a +5 Rod, and you never need to switch from one to the other (The Holy Avenger, this isn't as much of an advantage, since holy symbols just need to be worn or carried, not wielded). The Pact Blade should *certainly* cost more, and this goes back to my argument of perceived value. But it doesn't cost as much as it's "component pieces" (+5 implement, +5 weapon), so it's a "bargain". Again, you can't compare Amulets and belts... They do different things. There just happens to be a single item with *comparable* benefits. And who says that players aren't going to spend a little extra on the Heroic Tier Ironskin Belt at 14th level? Also, keep in mind that it's 1 daily item power day, plus an additional one per milestone. Heck, the Ironskin Belt might be just the thing that makes a difference in your third or fourth fight that day. I can certainly see it making the difference. Or even if you use this one in your first fight, and save the Cloak of Resistance daily for something worse later on.
