If a barbarian chooses this feature and goes berserk, does he become fatigued once his berserk rage ends? The closest reference I can find in the ability description says "Any effect that would normally apply only during your rage applies whenever your berserker strength is active". Since the berserker strength is no longer active, would the fatigue penalties apply? This ability is from the PHB2, pg. 33.
