The baseline files should have been the ones used in BESM d20 Stingy Gamer Edition, rather than BESM d20 First Edition -- but they weren't. Then these out-dated files were corrected and tweaked to incorporate many little non-system oriented errors.The proofers assumed, falsely, that the majority of 3.5 revisions were of course made (since BESM d20 Stingy is 3.5 compatible), and consequently focused on proofing the new errata changes.The final result is this: rather than BESM d20 Revised being a 3.5 revision of the 3.0 printing, it is a 3.0 reprint with minor corrections and some optional rules. It is still an improvement over the first and second printings -- but it's not the 3.5 Revised book we intended to produce.Again, I want to apologise for this inexcusably sloppy revision and assure our dedicated customers that this book does not reflect the standards of our publishing excellence. We made a mistake -- a big one -- and I will ensure we enact protocols to ensure this never happens again.To help make up for our mistakes, we will be undertaking the actions outlined below. Please bear with us, and give us time to rectify the situation:1. We will be making a free PDF available on our website that contains the pages that require significant corrections.2.We will be making a free PDF available on our website that contains the 17 pages of optional rules currently available exclusively in the Revised Edition.3. We will offer a refund to any customer who wishes to return their book directly to us.
