Best d20 purchases before license expires

Can you give me your suggestions for the best d20 products to purchase (either hardback or pdf) before the d20 license expires and I can't get them anymore?

Some of them, you will still be able to get. They will simply be converted to 'OGL' products. So it might be worth finding out which will, and which won't, before getting any of them for the stated reason.
