Mine, of course. Well, maybe not the best in actuality, let's be honest; but it's the one on which I have worked the most and where I could have put some ideas that pleased me (and some that don't pleased me so much, but that I put in nonetheless). It's the best, because I can warp it and change it as much as I want without shame, and because there's nothing in that is a leftover from 2e or another obsolete legacy. It's also the best because I can surprise my players easily with it. And I can avoid complaints like "hey, but NPC Y should not behave like that, he is strongly chaotic good". To sum it up: a small continent (less work :p ) an "original" cosmology (each plane, except the transitive, is a planet: the "Earth" is the material, the "Moon" is the divine plane, there's a planet/plane of Faeries... Not finished yet, as I'm still tinkering with it), less manicheism than usual, no drows (the evil elves are the high elves, and they rule nearly everything... for now), more importance given to "wondrous beasts" like dragons or sphinxes (I mean, the common man may meet one for another reason than because he's a protein source), conscious places, and swashbuckler goblins.
