banishment polymorph levitate heat metal steel wind strike telekinesis flesh to stone heal power word fortify maze mass heal power word heal true polymorph enlarge These are some spells I was thinking there might be room for use or creativity. The maps don't say they need to remain on the the owner to be used or that the target needs to be willing. A sleight of hand check to pocket them on opponents seems like an option, but a risky one since that target should become aware of the other too. If nothing else, when the fighter gets swallowed whole a person could cast heat metal on his shield that he leaves behind when another caster banishes him to a safe demi plane then let's him appear in the nearest unoccupied space, thereby freeing him from being swallowed whole and creating automatic damage with the shield. And maybe nicely toss the fighter some protection from energy if he needs it having been freed. Random thoughts anyway. Might not be useful.
