This is pretty cheesey, But if you can quickly lay your hands on a lot of arrows (a lot being several hundred, the more the better) You cast Greater Magical weapon on them, 50 at a time. Either take the arrows with you somehow to the dragon or get the dragon to come to where you have all the arrows stashed. Use Telekinesis to attack the dragon with all of the greater magic weaponed arrows at once, their enhancement should carry you through his damage reduction (arrows are light so the amount you fling shouldn't be too big a problem). Now the reason you need to many is with a dragon that powerful you'll probably only hit on a natural 20, the more arrows you have the more odds are in your favor. If you can somehow manage to get the dragon flatflooted or somehow manage to deny his dexterity bonus so that you can range sneak attack then each of your arrows that hits will have sneak attack damage (provided you done this close enough) [impromptu sneak attack will not work for this trick because it only affects one attack roll]. Assuming all goes to plan and you used say 500 arrows then you could do around 25d8+100+175d6, so around 700 damage or so (note this is very loose math). If you can pull this off, and you do manage to do it you can probably expect your gaming group to hold you down while they brand a big M on your forehead. [BTW I think TK is broken as written]
