"Best" wild shapes at each level?

Has anyone made or compiled a list of the 'best' wild shapes at each level for a druid? Heck, even the possible wild shapes for a druid at each level would be nice.

I asked this question a few months ago, but alas there was nobody who'd created such a list. The general answer seemed to be that there wasn't a 'best' shape, but that if you wanted a high AC companion, go for a lower level one all the way through higher levels, while if you wanted a damage dealer, go for the highest level one you can obtain.
