Aboard the Kwai Su Nyao Longshanks Berth 42B, Eavesdown Docks, Persephone May 28th, 2517 - the 6th anniversary of Unification Day daybreak [SBLOCK=Cash]Beale brushes past as Cash's hatch slides open. "Morning, Doc," he grunts, in a not very friendly tone, laboring under the weight of a fully loaded duffel which is taxing even his considerable strength. Putting one foot out onto the air mule, he swings the bag with a grunt and drops it onto on the back bench near its mate and twin. He turns to face Cash, sweat sheeting on his shaved head and running freely into his course, brush-like beard. He's holding something odd-shaped in his left hand - something large and heavy and metalic and greasy that looks like he might have plucked it right off of... something. Frankly Cash has no idea what it is, but it looks like the sort of thing that would be important. "Sleep well?" he asks. Cash notes, and not for the first time, that Beale's gold-capped incisors make him seem even more ferral. A cool breeze blows up from below and Cash realizes that the cargo bay doors are open.[/SBLOCK] [SBLOCK=Baxter]OOC: Go ahead and make a DC 5 listen check. The sky is clear and a cool breeze is blowing. A good number of the berths are full this morning: tramp freighters of every size, description, and state of repair lined up in neat rows along the concourse, all of them locked up tight for the night. Except for the battered Kwai Su Nyao down on the end - her doors are wide open. As they get a little closer, Kai and Win realize that it is indeed berth 42B.[/SBLOCK] [SBLOCK=Melara]Melara can't be exactly sure which listing the two were interested in.
