Seriously, look at Birthright.net the first week of February (I'm going to try waiting til Friday...) and it should be there, at least the first version of the 'official' Birthright.

Should be out really soon - they are asking for mirrors.
It should be noted that this is the official draft - after discussion among the fans it will be re-edited and re-released.

I'll just note that this version is only a draft, made available to the BR community for discussion and comment before a final version (which will look considerably more polished and professional if the early versions I've seen are anything to go by) is completed.
If you wish to discuss the content of the BRCS then please go to http://www.birthright.net/board.php?FID=36 as that is the forum the developers are reading and they can then reply to any questions you have.
Oh, and this is only the rules part of the setting, not the actual setting, so primarily of use to current BR players. The next project is the Atlas of Cerilia which will present the BR world itself.
