SS will then print and produce everything else. Likely this is designed to have the same effect the d20 license has on the PH -- to play a d20 module, you need to buy the PH. To play a Dragonlance d20 module printed by Soverign Stone, you need to buy the Dragonlance core rulebook from WotC. This is, IMO, a *very* smart move on WotC's part -- let everyone else do the work and reap the benefits from it. It's win-win for both teams, and WotC makes a tidy (hopefully <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f609.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=";)" title="Wink    ;)"  data-smilie="2"data-shortname=";)" />) profit from it.</blockquote>
