You say the contract makes the winner "eligible" for assignments. So the contract isn't for an actual assignment? What, really, does the contract mean, then? If the contract just says "We might hire you down the road," that's not really a contract, you know?Again, if I'm coming across as snarky, that's not my intent. I'm just trying to get a clear handle on what it is you're offering.</blockquote>
