D&D 5E Bless and stability saves

For those who needed official documentation, here's the section in the Basic Rules which confirms what steeldragon and Paraxis has said:

Death Saving Throws
Whenever you start your turn with 0 hit points, you must make a special saving throw, called a death saving throw, to determine whether you creep closer to death or hang onto life. Unlike other saving throws, this one isn’t tied to any ability score. You are in the hands of fate now, aided only by spells and features that improve your chances of succeeding on a saving throw.

I italicized the important part.

Under death saving throws it specifically states that no modifiers are used EXCEPT for bonuses from spells etc.

So yes, it does apply.

EDIT: beat me to it.

In addition to bless and rings of protections, what else can be applied?

Halflings lucky ability (reroll 1's)
Paladin's aura of protection (add charisma to all saves for yourself and any ally within 10')
Monk's diamond soul ability (lvl 14 gain proficiency and spend ki to reroll)
Divination Wizard's portant ability (can replace a check before it is rolled with one previously made)
Luck feat (3/day can reroll an attack, ability check, or saving throw)

I will look for more.

Magic Items

Cloak of protection (+1 to saving throws)
Luck blade (+1 to saving throws)
Stone of good luck (+1 to saving throws)

Supernatural Gifts

Blessings of protection (+1 to saving throws)

-------
So if you don't ever want to fail a death save be a Halfling Monk level 14 with three magic items that each add to saving throws. +5 prof +3 from items, means 2's and higher on the dice will get you a 10 to stabilize and if you roll a 1 you can reroll. Only rolling a 1 twice in a row will give you failed death saves. That or be a Halfling Monk 14/Paladin 6 with at least a 14 charisma.
