Dimensional Lock is the standard choice, I'd say. Dimensional anchor is the single target in-combat one.

Dimensional lock is the 8th level spell that protects an 20ft radius area for 1 day/level.

Dimensional anchor is single target BUT can also be tagged to a hallow or unhallow to protect an area 40ft radius for 1 year.

Forbiddance is the 6th level cleric spell that can protect an area (60ft cube per level, permanent)

And you have the option of having it not affect you at all! (at the cost of having it also not affect other members of your faith/alignment).

Edit:
You know, there's a lot of interesting things you can do with that spell... most of which are for cities/fortresses, not adventurers.

Zone of Truth or Discern Lies in a courtroom.
Tounges at a peace table.
Daylight for an underground farm.
Remove Fear in an arena.
Cause Fear to keep the riff-raff out of an area (or in a torture chamber - either way).
And so on.

I don't believe that's the case. Even if of the same alignment as the caster, you still can't enter the area by planar travel -- which includes teleportation.

That is true of Forbiddance.

If, however, you're putting a Dimensional Anchor effect in a(n) (Un)Hallowed area: "You may designate whether the effect applies to all creatures, creatures who share your faith or alignment, or creatures who adhere to another faith or alignment." As the dimensional anchor is the effect in question, you get to pick yourself as immune to the effects.

So a cleric of Fharlaghn (sp?) might use a Dimensional Anchor effect... for everyone who doesn't follow Fharlaghn. His clerics can Dimension Door / Teleport in and out, no problems. Everyone else uses the door (unless they've got SR, Spell Immunity (Dimensional Anchor) or some such running).
