I own less than ten d20 products of which only four are from WOTC (three of these products are the core DND books and the other was a gift) and consider B&F to be a welcome addition to my collection. While I will probably pick up Martial Arts Mayhem for a few of its feats (e.g. their stunning fist revision is nearly identical to my own house ruled version), I am glad that I held off on buying MAM from my friend's store.  I much prefer B&F's approach to Martial Arts for d20.Hopefully, I will have more feedback after I have a chance to look at the book more closely with particular emphasis on certain styles.
