At last! I've found a FLGS which stocks it, and I've been able to get Blood & Fists. You have done a really great job with this, and it is probably one of the best supplements that I've ever bought. I'm only halfway through it so far, but I wanted to highlight two of the things that struck me as being both out of the ordinary in a supplement but also extremely welcome. 1) The story text at the start of each section. It brings it to life and gives a distinct flavour. I really like seeing this kind of thing. 2) Exposing the meta-rules which you use to create and balance the rules you have portrayed. If only this had been done for the DMG and PHB eh? No (good) rules are created in a vacuum, and making it clear what is going on is helpful in terms of a DM deciding what to use, and vital for ensuring that additional developments are in keeping with the rest of the rules. Congratulations! Are you interested in hearing about any apparent typos or possible quirks? I've noticed a couple so far: a) in Cobra/Tiger/Leopard/ styles, they all say "if you want to simulate one of these shao-lin animal styles you should take the shao-lin style and the dragon style". I would have expected that it would say "take the shao-lin style and the appropriate animal style". Is there some reason why it always says Dragon? b) Jump Kick p25. You are actually better off *failing* your DC15 tumble check! It says "If you miss with this attack, you must make a Tumble check(DC15), or be prone. If you succeed at this tumble check, you are flat-footed until the start of your next action". Surely being flat-footed is a far more serious condition to be in than merely prone? Even though you are more vulnerable to elbow and heel strikes you still get to keep your full Dex bonus to AC and can fight from prone etc. If you are flat-footed you are (normally) not taking any AoO and are open to all manner of special attacks! Should it be "if you fail at this tumble check"? Cheers
