My friend pointed out that there's a spell that does virtually the same thing called Blood Wind in the Spell Compendium.  It's a 1st level wizard spell that seems to emulate the Thunderous Throw class feature in every detail except of course the wand won't work in an antimagic field.  Myabe I should just make a wand of bloodstorm blade, I mean Blood Wind, and just use that.  Unless someone else can point out any other differences.</blockquote>
