Blue Rose vs. True 20

[Master of the Game]

I bought Blue Rose for the rules before True 20 came out, and ever since it was released I've agonized over the decision of wether or not to buy the new game. I like the basic system, and what I've heard about some of the changes intrigues me, but is there enough different to justify buying a book that I essentially already own?

I've also heard that I should pick up the Blue Rose Companion for additional magic options no matter which I decide to use. Anyone have any insight into that?
