[BoED] Axiomatic spell, no LA?

I've taken a peek at the Axiomatic spell in the BoED, which gives Axiomatic qualities to the recipient of the spell. However, it does not indicate that there is a +2 LA. Typo or intentional?

Also, I noted that only an Archon can cast this spell, so I assume it's a reward for good behaved players?

I also note that it's "Permanent," not "Instantaneous," so it's dispellable. Which is probably a good thing. :)

A Celestial Mystic could also cast it. Class ability, lets them meet Archon (etc) spell component requirements ...

Hmmm... Well then, it's either having dispellable Axiomatic qualities, or undergoing the Ritual of Vitality for 1000 XP and being +2 LA.

Interesting choice.
