Bone to pick with Dragon Scale Counters

I entered the adventure contest sponsored by Dragon Scale Counters in the spring. Although I did not win the big prizes, I distinctly remember the rules stating that everyone who entered would receive $5 store credit and the counters they used in their adventure (up to $5 worth of counters).

I have tried to contact them several times via the email address listed on their webpage, but have never received a response to my email. If anyone from Dragon Scale is watching these boards, would you please contact me?

Well thats not good. I thought we had taken care of that pesky matter with everyone who entered. I've emailed Derek directly. If you're someone else in the same boat please drop me a line at eric.price@dragonscalecounters.com and I'll get it fixed immediately. One of the things we really pride ourselves on is timely responses and no loose ends. Seems we've managed to really drop the ball here. My apologies to all.
