I have this; picked it up at Target shortly before the movie came out. It's actually a reprint of the UK-published magazine Dungeons & Dragons Annual 2021--you can tell by some Anglicisms that creep in, the high volume of puzzles and games, and the focus on then-recent campaigns (so much Icewind Dale!) and streaming shows. I looked up the image in question, and it's actually pretty easy to miss and gets lost in the sheer amount of other art in the book anyway. I think anything more excessive than a raised eyebrow at it is pretty prudish, especially at the older end of the target audience--hell, the Clyde Caldwell-covered books I was reading at that age were probably even more questionable. And, frankly, characterizing Baldur's Gate III as a "softcore porn game" is a pretty overheated description of the game itself even before you consider that the material in this book was put together years before all the widely-touted "romance" options became such a publicity flashpoint. One semi-questionable image not withstanding, I think this book is a perfectly fine intro to the material.
